We are also introducing a new dog training program called Board & Train. This option is great for people too busy to make it to our classes. Our trainer personally takes one on one time with your pet for ten days while your pet boards with us here at our facility. He trains them on commands anywhere from basic to advanced, then trains you afterwards on how to continue enforcing the new behavior. Your pet enjoys all the luxuries our normal boarders do including daily walking, feedings, and optional playtime as well. Call us for prices!

Basic Obedience - $180/dog

Intermediate/A.K.C. C.G.C. - $180/dog
All classes are 6 weeks in duration
 AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program - $140: This six
week class is designed for puppies approximately
6 months and younger. You will learn all about the critical “Imprint Period” that permanently shapes his future personality and how he will react to things in his environment as an adult. Socialization, grooming, feeding, inappropriate chewing, crate and potty training, and an introduction to basic obedience are topics you will learn about in this class. Basic Obedience - $180: This class is designed for dogs from approximately 6 months of age to adult. This class starts off with dog socialization and a heavy dose of dog psychology for you the trainer. Using positive reinforcement techniques, your dog will be able to perform the following commands:

 Intermediate Obedience - $180.00 :
This class is designed for dogs from approximately 8 months of age to adult.
It is designed to build upon the Basic Obedience Class. You will teach your friend to behave despite distractions. We build upon the basic commands by introducing distractions, distance and longer periods
of time. The AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification is offered in this class.
The class ends with a fun competition!
Prerequisite for this class is the Basic Obedience Class. If you have not taken my basic obedience class but feel you are at the Intermediate level, testing of your dog’s skill level is required.
 AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification:
CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. For more information click on the logo.
Private Sessions - $65 per hour are recommended for more problematic behavioral issues. I have helped clients with issues that have ranged from severe animal aggression to helping a Chihuahua get along peacefully with the owner's five cats!! This is what you can expect from a private session:
- A thorough discussion of your dog’s problem
- A personalized plan of attack for you and your dog’s specific needs
- A demonstration of the course of action we will take
- Instruction on how to continue the work on your own
- A two week follow up to ensure we have achieved success
